Stokvis Group processes your personal data because you use our services and/or you actively provided us with these data. We do not process any special personal data from our prospects and/or customers.

Retention period and justificationStokvis Group retains your personal data no longer than absolutely necessary to realize the purposes for which the data was originally collected. We use the following retention periods (with applicable justification) for the following (categories) of personal data:

- Contact data prospects > Up to 3 years after the last contact > Legitimate interest and/or consent
- IP-address visitor and surf behavior within our website > Up to 3 years after the last visit > Legitimate interest

Sharing of personal data with third parties
Electro Stokvis Group shares your personal data with a number of third parties when required for fulfilling the contract or when legally required. With the parties that process your data on our behalf we have concluded processer agreements to ensure the same level of security and confidentially for your data. Electro Stokvis Group remains responsible for these processes. All data are processed inside the EC.
Cookies
Stokvis Group only uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. The cookies we use are required for the technical operation of the website(s) and user comfort. They ensure a properly working website, and “remember” your preference settings for the site. The cookies also enable us to improve our website. You can set your browser to prevent the storage of cookies. It is also possible to “erase” all previously stored information via the settings menu of your browser.
Right of information, correction or removal
You can send a request for viewing, correction, removal or transfer of your personal data, or your withdrawal of consent or objections against the processing of these data to info@stokvis.eu.
To make sure the request to view, modify, delete or transfer the data is made by the person(s) to which the data belong, we must ask you to include a copy of your identification card or passport. We will respond as soon as possible within a maximum of 4 weeks.
